Paradise Family moved by outpouring of CMP Love
On December 20th, I packed my car up and drove to Chico to meet and deliver a carload of donations from so many generous CMP staff members and families. From gift cards, cash, toys, blankets with notes to the two young children (made by the Olive class), to a set of pots by Rachel Ray, this young family was completely overwhelmed. I was able to stay for a visit and watch Zachariah and Rebecca open a few of their many gifts, and experience the joy and innocence of being a child. The children were sick, they are temporarily living with Joy’s grandmother in her tiny home, and their journey is far from over. But for that day, they got a break from their reality and felt our love. Thank you everyone for your overwhelming generosity and for bringing hope to this young family when they need it most.

Our amazing community also provided every item on the Wish List for the E.G. family. We are so proud of the way everyone pulled together to really make a difference for these families. Thank you for your amazing generosity and for modeling the true gift of giving for our students.
