Hello CMP Families,

This is a communication from the American River Campus regarding the Middle School Dance pick-up and drop-off logistics. We have not had a dance at the American River Campus in many years, so the process is going to be new to all of us.

The American River campus is very excited to be hosting the first dance of the year. In order to make drop-off and pick-up from the dance run smoothly, we are asking that students be dropped off at the back loop located next to the big field and basketball courts on Kermit Lane. Students will walk up the stairs from the parking lot to check in with their campus teachers, check-in cell phones, and pay the $5.00 entrance fee.

Students will be picked up at the back loop (same area as drop-off) and will exit from the back door of the multi-purpose room where they will meet with their campus teachers and staff. The teachers will have a sign with the campus name so that you can easily find your campus. Students can pick up their checked-in phones at this time as well.

We ask that parents please wait outside until their student exits the dance. Once you have your child please check in with a teacher from your campus before leaving.
